Lookout Farm Hard Cider in Natick, Massachusetts goes solar

It won’t affect how the cider tastes, but beginning today, Lookout Farm Hard Cider Co. is going 100 percent solar.

Owner Jay Mofenson said going solar goes along with his and the cidery’s goal to have the smallest carbon footprint possible.

“When we first started (in June of 2015), we had two goals,” said Mofenson. “The first was to make the best cider we could possibly make. The second is we wanted to be socially and environmentally responsible.” Complete Story
