The owners of a popular North Country business are promising to rebuild after a fire gutted part of their property. Fire officials said when they arrived around 7:30 a.m. Friday, they saw heavy smoke pouring out of two sides of the building at the White Mountain Cider Company.

Owner Teresa Stearns watched as flames quickly consumed her business.

“You could see the smoke far before you could ever see the building. And the road was blocked and so they let me through and it was all engulfed at that point. There were flames coming out the windows. It’s very surreal,” said Stearns. Complete Story
