Sycamore is expanding its cider portfolio with innovative twists on classic profiles, perfect for those seeking refreshing, fruit-forward alternatives to traditional drinks.

New Core Offering: Transfusion Cider (5.5% ABV)
Inspired by the popular Transfusion cocktail, this new year-round cider blends grape juice, zesty ginger, and fresh lime for a vibrant, ready-to-drink experience. Using hard cider as the base instead of distilled spirits, it positions itself as a competitive option in the RTD cocktail market.

Returning Seasonal: Tropical Cider (5.5% ABV)
Back by popular demand, Tropical Cider delivers a paradise-in-a-glass experience with its blend of tart passionfruit, juicy pineapple, and creamy coconut. The coconut acts as a bridge, adding woody and earthy notes to harmonize the sweet and tart elements—evoking summer feels even on cooler spring days.

Macro Dose IPA (6.9% ABV)
This West Coast-style IPA emphasizes fresh, high-quality hops sourced from New Zealand partners at Hop Revolution. The recipe highlights Riwaka hops for their passionfruit and grapefruit burst, Pacific Sunrise for mango, clementine, and melon notes, and Mosaic for blueberry, tangerine, and dank complexity.

Head brewer Brad Bergman shares: “We evaluated multiple batches and lots of each of these hops, carefully hand selecting the winners based on overall intensity, complexity, and how well they would partner with the third feature hop in this beer—Mosaic. This is one of our all-time favorites, and it contributes to a complex array of blueberries, mango, tangerine, with a firm dankness.”.

Bergman explains: “Our aim with this beverage is balance—we want the drinker to experience not only the fruit but also the great beer flavors as well.”
