Hard Cider reveals its secrets only to those who approach it with pure love, for its own beauty.” – Archimedes

Alright we give.. Archimedes didn’t say that, but after tasting this new winter seasonal from Blake’s Hard Cider, we think he would.

Archimedes, next up in the seasonal category from Blake’s, is made with fresh-pressed Michigan apples from Blake Farms, Elderberry, and Vanilla, a combination that’s sure to knock the socks off consumers who loved the previous three new releases by Blake’s Hard Cider this year: Black Phillip, Tonic, and Aurora.

“We wanted something that had a Yuletide feel without being festive, but also have an Aleister Crowley occult vibe,” said John Beal, a Regional Sales Manager with Blake’s Hard Cider Co. ”Archimedes is Merlin’s owl in the movie The Sword in the Stone. Owls are both a symbol of winter and the occult. This brand should hold its own next to our last hit seasonal, Black Phillip, on a store shelf.”

Archimedes will be available November 1st to consumers and later this month to Blake’s Hard Cider distributor partners in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Kansas, and North Carolina in 12oz cans, 22oz bottles, 1/6 bbls, and 1/2 bbls. Select bottle shops and grocery chains will carry Archimedes.
